Motel

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced – our units offer everything you’ll need for a perfect night’s sleep.

Each of our units includes:

• Ensuite bathroom
• Bar Fridge
• Air-Conditioning
• Television
• Complimentary tea/coffee available in the café (6am – 9pm daily)
• Parking (cars, boats or even trucks!)

Our guests are free to enjoy drinks at the tavern, incredible food at our restaurant or a refreshing barista-made coffee at our café. (link to Restaurant, Tavern & Café) The comfortable outdoor seating under our leafy veranda is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink on a warm summer evening.

Our motel is a favourite stop-over for fishermen on the way to or from popular fishing destinations at Coral Bay and Shark Bay. There’s also plenty of parking for big or small cars, boats and event trucks. If you are arriving late please advise us when booking to arrange a key to your unit.

Prices (Per Night)

Pricing as of the 1st of January 2024;

• King Single $110 per night
• Double (Queen) $135 per night
• Family Rooms from $165 per night
• Addition Roller way $15

Terms & Conditions

• All prices include GST.
• Corporate prices are available.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Deposits are required for motel units.

Refund Policy

If a room is cancelled 24 hours prior to a proposed booking your deposit will be refunded less a $10 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival. No refunds will be given over school holidays.

Conditions of Occupancy

1. Motel units and caravan sites must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, except by mutual agreement by the management.
2. The speed limit in the park and around the motel units is at walking pace.
3. All rubbish should be placed in the bins provided.
4. Guests are asked to refrain from creating excessive noise especially after 10.30pm.
5. Open fires are not permitted in the park at any time.
6. Children under 6 should be accompanied by an adult to the amenities.
7. If using the motel facilities children must be accompanied by an adult.
8. The Management reserve the right to terminate a person from the park or motel room, at any time, and no reason need be given.
9. The motel rooms are strictly non-smoking.
10. Sorry, no Pets allowed in the motel units.
